AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION

R. P. WANDER. being duly sworn. on oath says he is and during all times here stated has been the secretary and print-
er of the newspaper known as The Wayzata -Plymouth Sun and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated
as follows: (1) Said newspaper is printed in the English language in newspaper format and in column and sheet form
equivalent in printed space to at least 900 square inches. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once
each week. (3) Said newspaper has 50'; of its news columns devoted to news of local interest to the community which it
purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents. plate
matter and advertisements. 14) Said newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports to serve, has
at least 500 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has an average of at least 75'; of its total circulation cur-
rently paid or no more than three months in arrears and has entry as second-class matter in its local post -office. (5) Said
newspaper purports to serve the City of Wayzata and the Village of Plymouth in the County of Hennepin and it has its
known office of issue in the City of Wayzata in said county, established and open during its regular business hours for the
gathering of news; sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and maintained by the managing officer or persons in
its employ and subject to his direction and control during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during
such regular business hours to the business of the newspaper and business related thereto. (6) Said newspaper files a copy
of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper has complied with all the foregoing condi-
tions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. (8) Said newspaper has filed with
the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1969 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form pre-
scribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary public
stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.

MEDINA VILLAGE ORDINANCE
REGULATING THE USE OF PUBLIC
SIDEWALKS, PUBLIC STREETS AND
OTHER PUBLIC WAYS
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VIL-
LAGE OF MEDINA DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. PURPOSE. The express purpose
of this Ordinance is to secure to the public
the use of the public sidewalks, public
streets and other public ways for unim-
peded and unobstructed travel.
Section 2. CONGREGATING ON PUBLIC
SIDEWALKS, PUBLIC STREETS AND
OTHER PUBLIC WAYS. No person or per-
sons shall stand, loiter, assemble or cause
others to assemble on any public sidewalks,
public streets or other public ways so as
to impede or obstruct the free passage or
flow of pedestrian traffic thereon or to
interfere with the use thereof.
Section 3. ENFORCEMENT. If a police
Officer or police officers of the Village of
Medina shall ascertain person or persons
violating Section 2 of this Ordinance, he or
they shall request said person or persons
violating Section 2 of this Ordinance to
cease and desist violating said Section 2
of this Ordinance and move their person
therefrom immediately.
Section 4. VIOLATION. If any person
or persons, to whom a request is directed
by a police officer or police officers of
the Village of Medina to cease and desist
violating Section 2 of this Ordinance and
move their person therefrom immediately
pursuant to Section 3 of this Ordinance,
fails to comply with said request promptly,
said person or persons shall be guilty of
a public offense.
Section 5. PENALTY. Any person violating
this Ordinance as provided in Section 4
thereof shall be guilty of a public offense
and upon conviction thereof shall be pun-
ished by a fine of not more than ;300.00, or
by imprisonment for not to exceed 90 days,
or both, and may include the cost or
prosecution.
Passed by the Council this 5th day of
Aogust, 1969.
