by Capital Mall JC LLC, property owner, for the replat of Lot 1 of the Capital Mall Subdivision. The
property is located East of the intersection of West Truman Blvd and West Truman Place and is described
as Part of the South Half of Section 4 and part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and part
of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 9, all in Township 44 North,
