The Board may vote to go into Executive Session under Purpose 7 to discuss and vote on matters
that are confidential in accordance with law, such as, but not limited to
abatements and exemptions (MGL Chapter 59 - Section 60), or property income and expense
disclosures (MGL Chapter 59 - Section 52B).
The listed matters are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair to be discussed at the meeting. Not
all items may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be discussed to the extent
permitted by law.
