A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD PUBLIC FINANCE AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH C.M. DECRINIS
8 CO. FOR FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE
PRESIDENT TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Public Finance Authority, (the Authority) is
authorized to provide financing for public improvement projects; and
WHEREAS, the Authority has determined that it is necessary to evaluate
the feasibility of the issuance of bonds to fund certain public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Authority desires appointment of a financial advisor to
assist staff with the preliminary planning and bond structuring.
NOW, THERFORE, THE LYNWOOD PUBLIC FINANCE AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD HEREBY FINDS, DETERMINES, DECLARES AND
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Attorney has reviewed the agreement for
Financial Consulting Services prior to the Authority's approval.
Section 2. That the agreement with C.M. DeCrinis & Co. is hereby
approved and the President is authorized to execute the agreement.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon it's
adop±icn.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of
March 1999.
