7:05* 1. The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District is soliciting public comment on its
Preliminary Service Plan and Notice of Preparation for the San Mateo Coastal
Annexation Area. At this meeting, an approximately Ih-hour presentation will be made
by District staff and consultants. It will include information about the District's
application to the San Mateo County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo)
and the process that is involved in completing and reviewing this application. The
remainder of the meeting will be dedicated to answering questions and soliciting
comments from the public.

* Times are estimated and items may appear earlier or later than listed. Agenda is subject to
change of order.
** TO ADDRESS THE BOARD: The Chair will invite public comment on agenda items at the time
each item is considered by the Board of Directors. You may address the Board concerning
other matters during Oral Communications. Each speaker will ordinarily be limited to three
minutes. Alternately, you may comment to the Board by a written communication, which the
Board appreciates.
