Please provide copies of all exis Nexis-and Vvestlaw reports (-Reports") which ave Veen-run on
Commerce Group, Inc. during the last 5 years by the Town of Gulf Stream (or any of its employees);
the law firm of ones, Foster (or any of its partners or employees); the law firm of ic man reer
(or any of its partners or employees); the law firm of Sweetapple, Broeker and Varkas (or any of its
partners or employees) (the "Parties "). Also, we are requesting copies of any reports in possession
of any of the parties. In addition, we are requesting any communications, including applications and
order forms for any other reports.

IF THE PUBLIC RECORDS BEING SOUGHT ARE MAINTAINED BY YOUR AGENCY IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT PLEASE
PRODUCE THE RECORDS IN THE ORIGINAL ELECTRONIC FORMAT IN WHICH THEY WERE CREATED OR RECEIVED.
SEE 4119.01(2)(F). FLORIDA STATUTES. IF NOT AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORM. IT IS REOUESTED THAT THIS
RECORDS REOUE.ST BE FULFILLED ON 11 X 17 PAPER. NOTE: IN ALL CASES (UNLESS IMPOSSIBLE) THE COPIES

The Town of Gulf Stream has received your public records requests dated June 29, 2019. Your
original public records requests can be found at the following link httii://www2.gulf-

any future correspondence.
There are no responsive records in the possession of the Town or its referenced outside counsel.
The Town understands your request for "copies of any reports in possession of any of the
parties" to refer to copies of the "Reports" as defined in the first sentence of your request. As
noted, there are no Reports or copies of Reports in the possession of the Town or its referenced
outside counsel.
The Town further understands your request for "communications, including applications and
order forms for any other reports" to refer to communications, including applications and order
forms for any Reports as defined in the first sentence of your request. There are no Reports and
no communications, applications or order forms relating to any Reports as defined in the first
sentence of your request.
By its foregoing response, the Town in no way concedes that if its outside counsel did possess
the reports referenced, that those reports would be public records of the Town.
