WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale was provided the new RHK trail in 2023 from Riley Kramer through the
completion of his Eagle Scout Project. This is the first element in the development of the newly dedicated John
Welch Park.
WHEREAS, in the fall of 2023, upon completion of the project, we held a celebration for the project
commemorating the new addition to our community and Riley's contributions.
WHEREAS, since this celebration, Riley has since completed all of his requirements for the rank of Eagle Scout and
has completed his board of review, achieving the rank of Eagle Scout.
WHEREAS, Riley Kramer is now an Eagle Scout and has contributed greatly to our community by the construction
of his Eagle Scout project.
WHEREAS, Riley's project is frequently used by many members of the community who want to enjoy a hike in the
woods, which was not an easily accomplished task prior to this effort.
THEREFORE, be it resolved that I, Anthony Heddlesten, Mayor of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, do hereby proclaim
November 146 as

accomplishment and thank him for being a great representative of our community.
