Resolved by the rMayor anil the ,loirunon Couneil. of the City of

at the Jct. of Thayer and. High street then gradually lower such grade to
confer with grace established at the Jct. of Thayer and. Harvey street.
Resolved further that the Board of Public Works be and they are
hereby inst_ ,Icted. to make the neses ar3r arrangement with the street oontrac-
