AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE FY20
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY SUPPLEMENTALLY
APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND TO ALLOW
FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF SIX (6) HAIL DAMAGED POLICE VEHICLES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the General Fund
$202,860 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2. Any unspent related funds shall be reappropriated from FY20 to FY21
if all expenses have not been recognized at the end of fiscal year 2020.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
