A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD PUBLIC FINANCE AUTHORITY
ACCEPTING THE LYNWOOD COMMUNITY TRANSIT CENTER ROOF
REPLACEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NUMBER 05-5322, AS BEING
COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on August 2, 2005, the City Council awarded a contract to FC
& Sons Roofing Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the project started do August 22, 2005 and was completed on
September 26, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $357,013.82; and

WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on November 30, 2005
and found that all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood Public Finance Authority DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. That the Lynwood Community Transit Center Roof
Replacement Project, Project Number 05-5322, is completed in accordance with
contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of January 2006.
