RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF VARIOUS
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL LICENSES
FOR THE 2001-2002 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, pursuant to an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Alcoholic Beverages", as
amended and also by certain rules and regulations adopted by the Governing Body of the
Body of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, applications
have been made by the undersigned in due and proper form and have paid the necessary
fees therefore; and
WHEREAS, no objections have been made to any of the applications made for renewal
by the undersigned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey that a
Plenary Retail Consumption, or a Plenary Retail Distribution, or a Club License be
granted and issued to the person, persons, partnerships, corporations or clubs, as herein
set out below; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to issue Alcoholic Beverage Licenses to each of the applicants listed below,
in accordance with the applications heretofore made and approved, having said Alcoholic
Beverage Control Licenses become effective July 1, 2001 and to expire June 30, 2002;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution be
forwarded, with original applications and proper fees, to the State of New Jersey,
Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 87, Trenton, New Jersey
08625-0087.
Adopted this 21st day of June, 2001
and certified as a true copy of thee
original on June 22, 2001.
