The minutes of the meeting of September 2, 1969 read. Moved by Arthur Theis
that the minutes be approved as read.

The minutes of the special meeting of September 8, 1969 read. Moved by Raymond
Boschthat the minutes be approved as read.

The minutes of the Hearing for the Sewer and Water Assessments for September
16th and the continuations of Septemb-r 18th and 23rd read. Moved by Herald Winter -
halide that the minutes be approved as read.

Moved by Raymond Bosch for a resolution stating the interest ratecof 0% for
Rolling Green $10,000.00 and V. K. Elwell et al $7500.00 on the assessment
on Evergreen Road.

The minutes of the public Hearing fthe special assessments for Evergreen
Road read. Moved by Arthur Theis to approve the minutes for the special
assessment as read.

The minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of September 15, 1969 read.
David Gates appeared with regard to extension of sewer and wqabr. Moved by
Harold Winterhalter to grant David Gates approval to proceed on water and
sewer as proposed and authorize the Village Engineer to draw up the plans
and specifications and to proeedd with enforcement of construction.

Thomas Healey appeared with regard to the construction of a pole barn. Moved
by Raymond Bosch tb grant Groves Associates, Inc. a special use permit for
a,pole bard for the purpose of stabling horses, and instruct the building
inspector to issue a building permit for same.

Discussion with regard to the mess in the Hamel area and sodding and blacktopping.
A number of citizens complained with regard to the condition on their properties.
Wilfred Cavanaugh appeared with regard to final approval of the Medina
Industrial Addition. Moved by Raymond Bosch to grant final approval to the
Medina Industral Addition, subject to the approval of the County Surveyor.

Moved by Arthur Theis to authorize the Village Clerk to send out bills on
water and sewer after the mdOers have been read.

Moved by Harold Winterhalter to authorize payment for the easement to Fidel
Theis and Mary A. Theis and Gerald Dykhoff and Rose Alice Dykhoff.

Mr. Cliff Poganski appeared with regard to building garage and was advised
the necessary procedure to follow.
Studied the proposed Budget. Moved by Harold Winterhalter to approve the budget
as amended in the amount of $137,575.00 of which $74,266.82 is to be raised
from property taxes.

Moved by Raymond Bosch to set the police salary as of October 1st at $650.00
permonth for full time patrolman and overtime at the rate of $V.75 per hour
for exceeding 173 hours for a month with a maximum of 42 hours, retro-active
to August 1st.

Moved by Raymond Bosch to have our regular council meeting for November a
November 5th.

Moved by Raymond Bosch to authorize the Village Clerk to advertise for bids for
a new 1970 patrol car at the regular meeting at 8:00 P. M„ Central
Standard Time at the Village Hall.

Moved by Harold Winterhalter to grant Julius Dorweiler a postponement on his
sewer hook-up until December 31, 1970.

Moved by Arthur Theis to pay the bills as follows: payroll in the amount of
$3,444.92 and order checks in the amount of $26,058.03.
