AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANCE 15010
BY CAUSING THE APPROPRIATION TO SURVIVE THE 2012-2013 BUDGET YEAR.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance 15010, Bill 2012-61, (Fire Department Supplemental Appropriation),
is hereby amended by the addition of a new"Section 2" as follows:
"Section 2 This appropriation shall survive until the project is
complete and will not be forfeited to the fund balance at end of the current
budget year."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval. //4
