Title VI Program – DRAFT Action Requested: Review and discussion Staff Report: A 45 day public comment period for the draft document was opened by the Technical Committee on January 2, 2020. Recipients of Federal Transit Administration funding are federally required to report certain general information to determine compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. As a recipient, CAMPO is required to update the Title VI Program every three years. The Title VI Program includes the federally required Public Participation Plan and Language Assistance Plan. See the attached staff report and draft Title VI Program document for more detail. 8. Other Business A.
