The meetin- was called to order by Mayor Robert Scott. Members present:
Raymond Sosch,'Hex old Ifinterheiter, Robert Scott, Wayne Neddermeyer.
The bids for trucks and snowplow v re as follows. The prices were prorated
as to achieve: `9' box, 9' wing, double acting hoist, transmission mounted
pumps and one position on box mount.

Harold Wint erhalt er made the motion to award the truck and snowplow bid to
Rettinger Motors. Raymond Bosch seconded the motion. The motion was carried.
Harold Winterhalter made the motion to table the snowplow equipment' rental bid
until the special council meetinP7 on October 11, 1965• Raymond Bosch seconded
the motion. The motion was carried.
Harold Winterhalter made the motion that the meeting be adjourned. Raymond
Bosch seconded the motion. The motion was carried. ,

The meetin was called to order by Mayor Robert Scott. All members were

Harold Winterhalter made the motion to approve the budget of $61,64.0 as
proposed at the September 14, 1)65, meeting, to be raised from property tax.
Eu_p7ene Pulju seconded the motion. The motion was carried.
Farold Winterhalter made the motion to accept the minutes of the September 14,
1965, meetin;. Eugene Pulju seconded the motion. The motion was carried.
Harold Winterha.lter made the motion to reject Glen Litfin's big_ for snowplow
equipment rental. Raymond Bosch seconded the motion. The motion was carried.
The reasons were not heavy enough equipment and no road patrol.
