Resolution Authorizing up to $2,000 for the
Annual Volunteer Recognition Banquet
WHEREAS, staff has organized the annual volunteer recognition banquet scheduled on January 19, 2024;
and,
WHEREAS, staff anticipates the total cost for the annual volunteer recognition banquet may be up to
$2,000; and,
WHEREAS, the funding source for this action is 001-499-6440 Community Celebrations, Meetings .
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that:
Section 1. Staff members are authorized to spend up to $2,000 from the line item listed above for the
annual volunteer recognition banquet scheduled on January 19, 2024.
