AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY
ESTABLISHING TAXI CAB LOADING ZONES ON MONROE STREET AND COMMERCIAL
WAY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule T (Taxicab Stands
and Taxicab Loading Zones) of the Code of the City of Jefferson is amended as follows:
SCHEDULE T.TAXICAB STANDS AND TAXICAB LOADING ZONES
Pursuant to secti�22-2fthe following locations are designated as taxicab stands and taxicab loading zones:
(a) Taxicab Stands. The following areas shall be taxicab stands:
(b) Taxicab Loading Zones. The following areas shall be taxicab loading zones:
Monroe Street: on the west side thereof; between points being 25 and 50 feet north of the north curb
line of High Street,between the hours of 6:00 PM and 1:00 AM
Commercial Way: on the north side thereof; between points being 40 and 80 feet east of the east
curb line of Madison Street,between the hours of 6:00 PM and 1:00 AM.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
