A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD UTILITY AUTHORITY ACCEPTING THE
REHABILITATION OF WELL NO. 19 PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 05-5237 AS
COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, on March 21, 2006, the Lynwood Utility Authority awarded a contract
of $188,605.00 to Layne Christensen Company for the Rehabilitation of Well No. 19
project; Project No. 05-5237; and
WHEREAS, the project started on April 20, 2006 and was completed on
September 20, 2006; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project on September 21, 2006, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood Utility Authority does hereby find, proclaim,
order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the Lynwood Utility Authority accepts the Rehabilitation of Well
No. 19 Project; Project No. 05-5237 as complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 2006.
