The Council of the Village of Medina met in special session on Monday„ October 91
SW 1972 at 7:40 P. M.

Don Stotts appeared with regard to the road going back to his property, asking
permission to widen the road and fill in the swamp and do so with trees to be
taken down. Moved by Thomas Stevens to give permission to Don Stotts and
Jerome Begin to improve on Tamarack Road North of.Meding Road, removing any
trees on the road way and on the Donald Stotts property which he wishes to put
in the road, Mr. Stotts to furnish us with a certificate of insurance for
liability and a letter of indemnification for the construction costs.
Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers
Motion carried - Wayne Neddermeyer did *A Grote.
Moved by Arthur Theis that the meeting Adjourn.
Seconded by Robert Franklin
Motion carried.
