Metcalf & Eddy request permission to discharge the effluent from the interim groundwater treatment system into Moab wastewater treatment plant. 8. Ordinance 89-01 - Changing Holiday Haven Mobile Home Park from R-4 to MH/RV-1. 9. Elizabeth Nailling on required Red Cross Agreement for Red Cross Swimming Lessons. 10. Verna Shumway on 'Robot' safety training programs for Police, Fire Department, and School. 11. Resolution 01-89 - Authorizing settlement of legal action against The Western Area Power Administra- tion, among others. 12. Settlement Agreement between Moab City, Western Area Power Administration and Utah Power & Light Company. 13. Discussion on qualifications, job description, salary, benefits, etc. for an ad for a City Planner position. 14. Request to advertise for a "Developer" for property in and around the golf course. 15.
