1. Ordinance 89-01 - Changing Holiday Haven Mobile
Home Park from R-4 to MH/RV-1.
2. Resolution 01-89 - Authorizing settlement of legal
action against The Western Area Power Administra-
tion, among others.
3. Settlement Agreement between Moab City, Western
Area Power Administration and Utah Power & Light
Company.
4. Resolution 02-89 - for Moab Development Agency with
Mayor as Chairman, and the Recorder as the Recorder
of the Moab Development Agency.
V. New Business:
1. Moab Film Commission requests permission to hold
a talent show and cookout at the Old City Park on
September 1st.
2. Request to advertise for a public hearing on
Ordinance 89-02 - Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance.
3. Moab Country Club: Written letter for the
extension of lease agreement with Moab City for
another five years.
4. Chong & Associates - Request authorization for
Blight Study Analysis for Moab Development Study
Area.
5. Approval of lease for twelve golf carts for Moab
Country Club.
VI. Pay the bills against the City of Moab.
