CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 2020-05
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM DOBOSZENSKI & SONS, INC.
WHEREAS, Doboszenski & Sons, Inc. has generously offered to donate a check in the
amount of $250 (the "Donation") to the city of Medina (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated to the City's Crime Prevention Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to
Doboszenski & Sons, Inc. for their generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the City accepts the Donation and thanks Doboszenski & Sons, Inc.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
DesLauriers and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Albers, Anderson, DesLauriers, Martin
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Pederson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
