! The Council of the Village of Medina met in special session Thursday, October

All members present.
Discussed price for the,land to be purchased from Fidel Theis for the ponding
area. Moved by Wayne Neddermeyer to pay up to $15,000.00 and if ntht
accepted, proceed with condemnation.
Seconded by Harold Winterhalter
Motion carried.
Moved by Rayburn Anderson that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Raymond Bosch.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 9:30 P. M.
