1. Sharon Jones - Requests conditional use license for
85 South 400 East.
2. Cash Houston - Requests permission to hold the 1st
Annual Bluegrass Festival at the Old City Park on
July 2nd 1989.
3. Grand County Library requests the contribution of
a current edition of the Moab Municipal Code, for
public use at the library.
4. Moab Chamber of Commerce requests funding for Eco-
nomic Development.
5. Recommend rate change for RV Parks on water and
sewer.
6. Dick Holladay - Canyonlands Campark - Requests
abatement on water, sewer and garbage bill.
7. Edna Patterson - Water and sewer abatement for
residence only.
8. Authorization to apply for an additional $57,133
for the Sidewalks, Storm Drainage, and Access Ramps
CIB Grant #88 2561 to complete the project.
9. Discussion on 17.09.600 - Conditional use --Moved
buildings - Office Building, Warehouse.
10. Request to advertise for a public hearing on:
a. Ordinance 89-03 - FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION
ORDINANCE WHICH WILL AMEND SECTION 3.2 ON
ORDINANCE 89-02.
b. Ordinance 89-04 - AMENDING SECTION 6.04.600
POLICE OFFICER -- AUTHORITY OF THE MOAB MUNI-
CIPAL CODE.
c. Ordinance 89-05 - REQUIRING FEMALE DOGS AND
CATS IN HEAT TO BE KEPT UNDER RESTRAINT.
Pay the bills against the City of Moab.
Any other citizens request to be heard.
