A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD INFORMATION, INC. ALLOWING AND APPROVING
THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFORE:
The Board of the Lynwood Information „ Inc. does hereby resolve as
follaas:
Section 1. That the dem~ids presented, having been regularly audited,
are hereby allaaed and approved, and that warrants ordered drawn
therefore by the Corporation's Treasurer to the payees and in the
amounts indicated.
