RESOLUTION N0. LII 84-4
A RESOLUTION BY LYNWOOll INFORMATION, INC.
ADOPTING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PUBLIC
ACCESS
WHEREAS, Section 10.9(3) of the Lynwood City Code
requires the establishment of rules and regulations governing
public access, and
6YHEREAS, the cable T.V. administrative committee
has developed said rules and regulations in accordance with
FCC (Federal Communications Commission) requirements regarding
public access policies and practices, and
4YHEREAS, the Community Access Advisory Board of the
City of Lynwood has reviewed and approved said rules and reg-
ulations, and
WHEREAS, said rules and regulations have also
been reviewed by the Board of Directors of Lynwood Information,
Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of Lynwood Information,
Inc., does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the rules and regulations
governing public access are hereby appoved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of APRIL 1984.
