.. A RESOLUTION OF THE LYA'hCCL IIgORMATION, INC. ALLGYv'I[CG AND APPROVING
THE DEMANAS AND ORDERING WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFORE:
The Board of the Lyrraood Information, Inc. does hereby resolve as
follows:
Section 1. That the demands presented, having been regularly audited,
are. hereby allowed and approved, and that warrants ordered drawn
therefore by the Corporation's Treasurer to the payees and in the
amounts indicated.
