A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD INFORMATION, INC. ALLOWING
THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING WARRANTS DRAWN THEREFOR:
The Board of the Lynwood Information, Inc.:does
hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the demands presented, having
been regularly audited, are hereby allowed and approved,
and that warrants ordered drawn therefore by the Corp-
oration's Treasurer to the payees and in the amounts
indicated.
