All applicants must complete a Sidewalk Dining With Alcohol Permit Application and return in- person or via mail to the Department of Public Works and Capital Projects located on the 3rd Floor of Town Hall at 25 W. Market Street. The application can be found on the Town of Leesburg website at http://www.leesburgva.gov/how-do-i/apply-for/permits.
