AN ORDINANCE AMENDING & SUPPLEMENTING 109-5.3, ENTITLED
WAIVER FOR SENIOR CITIZENS OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH
OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, located in Middlesex County,
thereof, as follows:
Section 1. 109-5.3A of the Code of the Borough ofCarteret is hereby amended
and supplemented as follows and the balance of said section shall
remain unchanged:

Section 2. All ordinances and lor provisions thereof inconsistent with the
- provision ofthis ordinance shall be and are hereby repealed as to
the extent of any such inconsistencies.
Section 3. If any section, subsection, part, clause or phrase of this Ordinance
shall be declared invalid by judgment of any Court of competent
Jurisdiction, the section, subsection, part, clause or phrase shall be
Deemed to be severable from the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication
according to applicable law.

on February 3 2005 at approximately 7:00 P.M..
