IV. Public Hearing:
1. Ordinance 89-03 - Flood Damage Ordinance which
will amend section 3.2 on Ordinance 89-02.
2. Ordinance 89-04 - Amending section 6.04.600 Police
Officer -- authority of the Moab Municipal Code.
3. Ordinance 89-05 - Requiring female dogs and cats
in heat to be kept under restraint.
V. Old Business:
1. Dick Holladay - Canyonlands Campark - Requests
abatement on water, sewer and garbage bill tabled
from May 21st.
VI. New Business:
1. Permission to use the Fallen Arches Square Dance
Club float on Main Street on irregular dates for
approximately one-half hour each time.
2. Carl A. Rappe requests a Class II Beer License,
background investigation completed.
3. Connie Blaine - Requests reduction of water bill.
4. D.W. VanWagner - Requests abatement of sewer bill.
5. Planning Commission's recommendations for annexa-
tion for a planned community.
6. Turf Manager to be responsible to Moab City or
Moab Country Club.
7. Approval of certification of Moab Unit Retirement
Contribution Rates.
8. Line of Duty Life Insurance Benefit.
9. Public Safety Elegibility for Utah State Retire-
ment.
10. Request to advertise for public hearings for input
on the following:
a. Re -opening of the 1988/1989 Fiscal Year Budget.
b. Council advertised 1989/1990 Fiscal YeAr RUdaPt.
11. Resolution 07-89 - "Community Tax Act of 19P9"
12. Jehovah's Witness Church requests city to replace
approximately 100 feet of curb and gutter in order
for them to install sidewalk along their Locust
Lane frontage.
13. Deborah A. Laurio - Requests a temporary beer license,
pending a background check report from Chief of
Police.
14. Resolution 02-89 - Support of Utah to host the 1998
Winter Olympics and for Salt Lake City as the host
city.
15. The Episcopal Diocese of Utah - Requests approval
of a revocable license agreement to modify the
footpath over and across their property.
VII. Pay the bills against the City of Moab.
VIII. Any other citizens request to be heard.
