Mr. Whittemore, commenting on the Patch Job of a low area in School Road, just east of Polo Drive, by Har- drives, Inc., suggested that the contractor be called back to provide added black topping thereat, inasmuch as surface water still accumulates within the area to an undesireable depth. Mr. Whittemore then informed the Commission that he felt the Zoning Code, being Ordinance No. 108, adopted in 1952, should be reviewed and studied, concerning possible amend- ments, revisions, deletions and /or additions thereto, as may be determined to be warranted and beneficial to the Town, particularly relative to conformance of SETBACK reg- ulations, and specific definitions thereof, with those regulations and restrictions appearing on various Subdi- visions PLATS as recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County. The Commission, concurring with Mr. Whittemore's feeling with regard to the needed review of Ordinance No. 108, directed that the Town Planning Board be requested to review said Ordinance at the earliest possible date and submit its recommendations, relative to possible revisions thereof, for Commission consideration.
