Resolution Appointing Zackary Kohlmeyer
to the Zoning Board of Adjustment
WHEREAS, the City established a Zoning Board of Adjustment in Article XII of the City's Zoning
Ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, Zoning Ordinance Article XII stipulates that the Board shall consist of (5) members, and due
to a resignation, the Board has an opening effective January 1, 2024; and,
WHEREAS, Zackary Kohlmeyer, a resident of the City, has volunteered to serve on the Board; and,
WHEREAS, the City wishes to appoint Zackary Kohlmeyer to the Board for the remainder of the open
term; and,
WHEREAS, no actual monetary expenses will be incurred by this action.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that:
Section 1. Zackary Kohlmeyer is appointed as a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment to serve
the remainder of the open term from 01/01/2024 through 12/31/2027.
