1. Approval of certification of Moab Unit Retirement
Contribution Rates tabled on June 4th.
2. "Hold Harmless" agreement proposed by the Univer-
sity attorney on the installation and maintenance
of the proposed KUER-FM Translator tabled November
1st 1988.
V. New Business:
1. Ruth L. Fitzsimmons DBA Dave's Hitch'n Post
requests a temporary beer license pending a back-
ground investigation report from the Chief of
Police.
2. J.J. Wang and David Halcomb request a waiver of
Ordinance 88-01 which calls for the installation
of sidewalks, curbs and gutter along all street
frontage of any building lot at the time of
construction upon that lot (Super 8 Motel).
3. Resolution 09-89 - 1989/1990 Fiscal Year Tax Rate.
4. Resolution 10-89 - Increasing the number of steps
on the current pay scale for the City employees.
5. Request to advertise to go to bid on painting the
outside of Water Tank #2 (Mountain View area Tank)
and discuss Shakle Springs Water Tank maintenance.
6. Approval of Underground Storage Tank Certification
training for City employee.
7. City salary and compensation adjustments for Fiscal
Year 1988/1989.
8. Request to advertise for a public hearing on Ordin-
ance 89-06 - Penalty for Not Paying Licence and
Fees.
Pay the bills against the City of Moab.
Any other citizens request to be heard.
