AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER'S
LICENSE FOR THE 2005-2006 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for the 2005-2006 License Term by the following:
ALAN FELAUER
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver's License be
granted to ALAN FELAUER for the 2005-2006 License Term.
I. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2004-
2005 License Term to ALAN FE LAUER.
Adopted this 3rd day of February, 2005
and certified as a true copy of the original
on February 4,2005.
