AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT TO THE 2011-2012 BUDGET OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY RECOGNIZING THE RECEIPT OF FUNDS FROM MODOT,
AND TRANSFERRNG THE FUNDS WITHIN THE TRANSIT BUDGET FOR VEHICLE REPAIRS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby transferred within the Transit Budget$4,328.51 as described more
fully in Exhibit A attached hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
