RE: Amending ordinances for Building Standards Advisory
Committee:
Following adoption of the Mission Statement, to fully
activate the Committee, an amending ordinance needs to be
prepared as follows:
1. amend City Code 2-1-18, to assign duty to act as
the Board of Appeals to the Building Standards Advisory
Committee.
2. amend City Code 1-10-1 to add to the list therein -K-
the name of the "Building Standards Advisory Committee."
I will have this listed on the June 11 agenda and will
need the Ordinance by Tue. June 9 at 12 noon.
