HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrd. 614-A - Public Hearing NoticesThe City of McCall Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 20, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may in its turn be heard) at the McCall City Hall, 216 Park Street, McCall, Idaho. The hearing is for the purpose of receiving testimony of interested persons concerning proposed Ordinance 614A: An Ordinance of the City of McCall, Idaho, relating to notices of public hearing on zoning map matters affecting more than 200 owners or purchasers of record; and providing an effective date. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall, Idaho as follows: Section 1. McCall City Code Section 3-24-2 is amended by inserting the following matter after the period at the end of subsection (B) thereof: When notice of a proposed zoning map amendment is required to two hundred or more property owners or purchasers of record, notice may by given by publication, in the newspaper of record, of a map indentifying the property together with text indicating the general nature of the zoning change proposed. Such published notice shall be in lieu of mailed notice and in lieu of posting on the property. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
