M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Area of City Impact Joint Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 216 E. Park Street, McCall, Idaho (that is, at City Hall, in the American Legion meeting room) to consider ORDINANCE 614B. Such Ordinance would if enacted amend the zoning ordinance that applies to the City of McCall Area of City Impact and is set out fully below: ORDINANCE NO. 614B AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, RELATING TO NOTICES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING MAP MATTERS AFFECTING MORE THAN 200 OWNERS OR PURCHASERS OF RECORD; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. McCall City Code Section 3A-20-2 is amended by inserting the following matter after the period at the end thereof: When notice of a proposed zoning map amendment is required to two hundred or more property owners or purchasers of record, notice may be given by publication, in the newspaper of record, of a map identifying the property together with text indicating the general nature of the zoning change proposed. Such published notice shall be in lieu of mailed notice and in lieu of posting on the property. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
