On February 3, at 7:30 P. M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Valley
County Board of County Commissioners will meet to hold a public hearing at 216 E. Park Street,
McCall, Idaho (that is, at City Hall, in the American Legion meeting room) to consider
ORDINANCE 94-1, AN ORDINANCE OF VALLEY COUNTY AUTHORIZING THE
APPLICATION OF McCALL CITY CODE IT1LE 3, AS ADOPTED BY ITS ORDINANCE
615, TO THE CITY OF McCALL AREA OF CITY IMPACT; ADOPTING A ZONING MAP;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Such meeting will be a joint meeting with the City
Counicl of the City of McCall. Such Ordinance would if enacted apply to the City of McCall
Area of City Impact the City of McCall ORDINANCE 615, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF McCALL, IDAHO, REVISING AND RECODIFYING THE PLANNING AND ZONING
ORDINANCES; ADOPTING A ZONING MAP; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Copies of that Ordinance 615 are available for inspection at: McCall City Hall front desk, 126 E.
Lake Street, McCall, Idaho; the McCall Public Library, 128 E. Lake Street, McCall, Idaho; the
McCall Chamber of Commerce; Old SITPA Office Building, State Street, McCall; and also at
Dodge/Jupin Graphics, 212 N. 3d Street, McCall, for those who wish to have a copy made for
their own use at their own expense. The Board of County Commissioners will also hold a public
hearing on the ZONING MAP recommended by the Joint City and Impact Area Planning
Commissions, which map would be adopted by such Ordinance 615. Such maps are available for
inspection at McCall City Hall, do not lend themselves to duplication, and are published
concurrently with this Notice.
'The proposed Ordinance,615 addresses the topics set out in the following table of

ORDINANCE NO.94-1
AN ORDINANCE OF VALLEY COUNTY AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION OF
McCALL CITY CODE TITLE 3, AS ADOPTED BY ITS ORDINANCE 615, TO THE
CITY OF McCALL AREA OF CITY IMPACT; ADOPTING A ZONING MAP; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF VALLEY
COUNTY, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. McCALL AREA OF CITY IMPACT ZONING. Pursuant to Idaho Code
67-6526(a)(1), and Idaho Code 67-2328, City of McCall City Code Title 3, its Zoning
Ordinance as enacted by its Ordinance 615, shall be applied to the City of McCall Area of
City Impact, including the Zoning .yap adopted by such Ordinance and referenced in such
Title.
Section 2. McCALL AREA OF CITY IMPACT BUILDING SAFETY. Pursuant to
Idaho Code 67-6526(a)(1), and Idaho Code 67-2328, City of McCall City Code Title 2, its
Building Safety Ordinance, as amended by Section 2 and Section 3 of its Ordinance 615,
shall be applied to the City of McCall Area of City Impact.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval, and publication as provided by law; except that, should City of McCall Ordinance
615 be published upon a later date than this Ordinance was published, then upon the date of
publication of such Ordinance 615.
