ORDINANCE NO. 625
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, ANNEXING THE REAL
PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ZONING IT TO BE ZONE C,
COMMERCIAL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Council find that the property
described on E xhibit "A" to this Ordinance is land contiguous
to the City of McCall, which may be annexed by the City
pursuant to applicable State law, all affected property
owners having in writing requested annexation. The Mayor and
Council find that the requisite notices have been given and
the requisite hearings have been conducted.
Section 2. The property described on Exhibit "A" is
annexed by and into the City of McCall.
Section 3 . The property described on Exhibit "A" is
placed on the official zoning map and by this Ordinance into
Zone "C", Commercial District. The Clerk shall endorse the
date and the number of this Ordinance upon the Zoning Map on
this property.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication
as required by law, and the filing by the Clerk of a
certified copy of this Ordinance with each of the following:
the Valley County auditor, treasurer, and assessor, and the
State of Idaho Tax Commission.

A parcel of land situated within the SW 1/4 of the SE
1/4, Section 16, T. 18 N., R. 3 E., B. M., Valley
County, Idaho, describe d as follows:
Commencing at a 5/8" rebar marking the Section Corner
common to Sections 15, 16, 2 1 , and 22, T. 18 N.,
R. 3 E., B. M., thence N. 89° 26' 28" W. a distance of
1,333.21 feet to the E. 1 /16 corner common to such
Sections 16 and 21; t h ence N. 0° 37' 45" E. a distance
of 610 feet to a 2" aluminum cap, the true point of
beginning;
Thence N. 89° 2 9 ' 00" W. a distance of 524.95 feet
to a point;
Thence N. 17° 15' 30" w. a distance of 741.03 feet
to the n o rtherly boundary of such SW 1/4 of the SE
1/4, the existing City Limits of the City of
McCall, as such limits were prior to the adoption
of this Ordinance;
Thence S. 89° 37' 39" E. al o ng the such northerly
boundary and City Limits, as such limits were prior
to the adoption of this Ordinance, a distance of
759.73 feet to the SE 1 /16 corner of such Section
16;
Thence S. 0° 37' 45" W. a distance of 706.60 feet
to the point of beginni n g,
containing 10.396 acres, more or less.
