CERTIFYING MATTHEW FAILACE, DAVID POMALES, JUSTIN
TEREBETSKI, KENNETH FREEMAN, JR., LARISSA BERRIOS AND
ROBERT N. MAGALSKI AS POLICE OFFICERS
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel called for an examination
for the position of
POLICE OFFICER
in the Borough ofCarteret; ;and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has served a Certification
of Eligibles for Appointment, dated 12/29/04 for said position; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has certified that the
aforesaid are eligible for appointment to the position of Police Officer in the
Borough of Carteret; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that

JUSTIN TEREBETSKI
KENNETH FREEMAN, JR.
LARISSA BERRIOS
ROBERT N. MAGALSKI
be and are hereby appointed to the position of
POLICE OFFICER
in the Borough ofCarteret as provided by law, effective
1/21/05
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be sent forthwith
to the New Jersey Department of Personnel, CAMPS Forms, P.O. Box 354,
Trenton, N.J. 08625-0354.
