1. Ruth L. Fitzsimmons DBA Dave's Hitch'n Post
requests a Class I Beer License, background
investigation completed.
2. Grand County Roads Special Service District No. 1
requests a letter of support for the road from
Ouray to Cisco, Utah.
3. C.R. Klepzig, President of La Sal Oil Co., Inc.
requests the City draw up a new license agreement
for the footpath across Pack Creek providing them
with a hold harmless and indemnification clause.
4. Shane King requests permission to hold a concert
at the Old City Park on September 4th 1989.
5. Peter Haney - Canyonlands Arts Council - On the
Community Cultural Plan.
6. Joe Kingsley DBA Poplar Place - Requests refund
of Class I Beer License for 1989.
7. Moab Golf Course Association requests City to
build a Golf Cart Storage Building and discussion
on Golf Cart Paths.
8. Discussion regarding the contract with the state
on wastewa.te and the Gas Plume Cleanup.
9. Nomination of project to the Utah Energy Office
for possible project funding under Local Govern-
ment Technology Demonstration Program.
Pay the bills against the City of Moab.
