AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, RELATING TO
ENFORCEMENT OF TRAFFIC AND PARKING REGULATIONS ON THE
PROPERTY OF THE McCALL DONNELLY SCHOOL DISTRICT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL,
IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. McCall City Code Title V, Chapter 6 (Vehicle and Boat Regulations),
Subchapter A is amended by changing its title from "NEGLIGENT DRIVING" to "MOTOR
VEHICLE TRAFFIC."
Section 2. McCall City Code Title V, Chapter 6 (Vehicle and Boat Regulations),

5-6-025: TRAFFIC REGULATIONS ON SCHOOL PROPERTY: It is unlawful to
drive a vehicle on property of the McCall Donnelly School District or on street
rights of way adjacent thereto other than in conformance with speed, entrance,
exit, and other signs posted by the District.
Section 3. Section 5-6-220 (E) of the McCall City Code is renumbered and amended in
pertinent part as follows:
(E) 5-6-027: STATE MOTOR VEHICLE REGULATIONS: A violation of State
Motor Vehicle Code ...
Section 4. Section 5-6-030 of the McCall City Code is amended to read in pertinent part
as follows:
5-6-030: PENALTIES: A violation of Section 5 6 010 this Subchapter A is:
Section 5. McCall City Code Title V, Chapter 6 (Vehicle and Boat Regulations),
Subchapter B is amended by adding the following new section:
5-6-235: PARKING REGULATIONS ON SCHOOL PROPERTY: It is unlawful to
park a vehicle on property of the McCall Donnelly School District or on street
rights of way adjacent thereto other than in conformance with the parking rules of
the District.
Section 6. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
approval and publication as required by law.
