1. Jan Barnett on bridge for handicapped access
across Millcreek.
2. John Fogg of Central Utah Insurance on agent of
record letter.
3. Request to advertise for a public hearing on:
a. Ordinance 89-10 - Amending Section 1.08.030 of
the Moab Municipal Code.
b. Ordinance 89-11 - Adopting rules governing
participation and perference by owners, opera-
tors of businesses and tenants within any
redevelopment project area in Moab City adopted
after May 1, 1989.
4. Charles Clark - Jehovah Witnesses - Requests side-
walk participation on Locust Lane and N. 400 East.
VI. Pay the bills against the City of Moab.
