The Council of the Village of Medina met in special meeting Tuesday, October
13, 1970 at 7:05 P. M.

All members present
Tom Stevens was sworn in as councilman to fill out the term of Harold
Winterhalter who resigned.
Mr. Wolfe, Mr. Olson and Mr. Coplin appeared with thgard to problems for the
Kantell property. Referred back to the Planning Commission because of acreage
and recommendation as to whether or not it should be platted.
Fidel Theis and Mrs. Donald Laurant appeared with regard to trees which were
destroyed on their properties.
Archie Dayon appeared/6ttheeaarage which was done to his garden and shrubbery
and stones left on his property. Barbarossa representative to go over the matter
with him.
Howard Guest complained with regard to the condition of the blacktop by his
place. Barbarossa is to take care of the matter.
The Earl Day and Sons, Inc, bill was discussed. Barbarossa and Mr. Mills will:
take care of this bill.
Moved by Tom Stevens to pay for the trees destroyed as follows:
5 trees.at 375.00 each 6r a total
maxxxiataime of 3375,00; and Donald Laurant, 5 trees at 375.00/or a total
of c375.00.
Seconded by Arthur Theis.

Seconded by Raymond Bosch.
Motion carried.
