AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB OWNER'S LICENSE
TO PENS RAM TRADING, INC. FOR THE 2005-2006 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2005-2006 License Tenn by Sailesh N. Kadakia, trading
as
PENSRAM TRADING, INC.
WHEREAS, the qualifications of the applicants have been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department and said department recommends that a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2005-2006 License Tenn be granted to the app1icant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret, that the Municipa1 Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue PENS RAM TRADING, INC. a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2005-2006 License Tenn.
Adopted this 3RO day of February, 2005
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 4, 2005.
