Meeting Minutes

Lower Level Meeting Room, Town Hall, 18 Main St., Hopkinton MA
Attending: Khwaja Ehsan, Nancy Stevenson, Mike Roughan, John Pavlov, Eric Sonnett
Absent: Nanda Barker-Hook, Stacy Spies, Kevin McCaffery
18 CEDAR STREET
Mike- The HHC has set a precedent of using the minutes of a meeting as written documentation
of our meetings and votes. Elaine said that this is the HHC’s standard practice, so we do not have
to write a separate letter explaining our choice.
Eric-The ball is in Janice Brown’s court.
87 HAYDEN ROWE STREET
There has been no correspondence.
Considered Historically Significant.
We will probably get a revised proposal.
AIKEN PARK
Mike-We are waiting for a quote on granite.
Mike Waylon will install the granite.
Mike will ask Mike Waylon to be the contact person for the granite.
CERTIFIED LOCAL GOVERNMENT
All HHC members need to send Elaine their resume.
REPURPOSING CENTER SCHOOL
Mike proposed a vote to send the message to the Select Board that the HHC wants to be part of
the decision process on the repurposing of Center School.
Eric-spoke with Norman, who was receptive to us being involved.
Nancy seconded
Unanimous approval.
Mike proposed John Pavlov as our representative.
Eric seconded.
Unanimous approval
