MINUTES
Members Present:Sean Davan,Chair,Paul Larter,Vice Chair,Tina Berlad,Nancy Peters,
Sharon O’Reilly,Craig Nation
Members Absent:John Cardillo
Chair Sean Davan called the public meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
232-234 Wood Street -Application for Certificate of Appropriateness
The applicant was not present.The Board rescheduled its review for August 14,2023.
Project Updates
Mr.Davan stated there has been no change in status regarding 221 Wood Street.
Minutes
Mr.Davan moved to approve the Minutes of April 3,2023,and the motion was seconded by Ms.
Peters.Mr.Davan,Ms.Peters,Mr.Larter,Ms.Berlad and Ms.O’Reilly voted in favor;Mr.
Nation abstained..
Mr.Larter moved to adjourn the meeting,and the motion was seconded by Ms.Berlad.Members
voted unanimously in favor.
