RESOLUTION 2024-002
Resolution Re -Appointing Heather Wren to the
Planning and Zoning Commission
WHEREAS, Riverdale resident Heather Wren was appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission for
a term expiring on December 31, 2023; and,
WHEREAS, the City wishes to reestablish staggered 5 year terms with currently open 1, 4, and 5 year
terms; and,
WHEREAS, Heather Wren wishes to be re -appointed to the Commission for another five (5) year term;
and,
WHEREAS, Heather Wren's performance on the Commission has been exemplary; and,
WHEREAS, the City wishes to re -appoint Heather Wren to the Commission; and,
WHEREAS, no actual monetary expenses will be incurred by this action.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that:
Section 1. Heather Wren is re -appointed as a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission for a
five-year term effective 01/01/2024 and ending 12/31/2028.
Passed, approved, and adopted this 9th day of January 2024.
